Surah At-Talaq verse 3 (Read, Tafseer, and translation)

Qs Surah at-talaq verse 3 discusses "And gives him sustenance from an unexpected direction, and whoso trusts in Allah Allah will provide for his necessities: for Allah does the affair which He wills: provision for each thing ".

wayarjuqhu min haisu laa yahtasibu wamanyatawakkal alallahi pahuwa hasbuhu. innalloha baliguamrihi kodja alallohu likulli saiingkodir

Translation (meaning)

And give him sustenance from the direction of the unexpected. And whoso trusts in Allah will Allah suffer (its necessity). Verily Allah does the affair that He wills. Verily Allah has decreed for every thing ".

Tafseer

Interpretation of jalalayn

(And gives him sustenance from an unexpected direction) from a direction that has never whispered in his heart. (And whoso trusts Allah) in all his cases (Allah will grant sufficient) will suffice. (Verily Allah does His business) of what He will. According to a qiraat read baalighu amrihi ie with mudhafkan. (Verily Allah has made for every thing) as life is full of sufficiency, and life is miserable (stipulation) or times specified.

Quraish Shihab interpretation

There will be provided for the cause of an unexpected fortune. Whoever surrenders his affairs to Allah, then He will provide for all his needs. Allah will do His will. All things have been determined by their time and size, which God will not surpass.
